What is JDC West?

JDC West is a highly esteemed undergraduate business competition that takes place over three days in Western Canada. The competition showcases a range of disciplines, including academics, athletics, debate, and a unique social competition. The event attracts approximately 1,300 attendees, including 650 undergraduate delegates from twelve of the most prestigious post-secondary institutions across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. JDC West requires the support of nearly 400 volunteers and dozens of professional partners annually to make this elaborate, multi-faceted competition possible.

It is the largest undergraduate business competition in Western Canada and is modeled after Jeux du Commerce. The competition moves from host university/city to host university/city each year. The competition is a great opportunity for undergraduate students to showcase their skills and network with other students and professionals. The competition is highly regarded and attracts top talent from across Western Canada.
